Recommended Boat Length

Suitable for boats ranging from 4.0–5.5 meters (13–18 ft), including:

1. What types of water can your outboard motors be used in?

Our motors are suitable for both freshwater and saltwater environments.

2. For electric-start models, is manual start also available?

Yes. For models T20, electric-start engines also come with a manual start option.

3. What is the warranty period?

Our standard warranty is 1 year or 500 operating hours, whichever comes first. During the period, if a spare part fails due to our fault, we will provide a free replacement, but you need to cover the freight. If the damage is caused by misuse, accidents, or your own actions, we are not responsible for it and you need purchase by yourself.

4. How long is the break-in period for your outboard motors?

The break-in period is 10 hours.

During this period:

First 1 hour: Operate at variable speeds up to 2000 rpm (about half throttle).

Second hour: Increase speed to bring the boat on plane (avoid full throttle), then reduce speed while keeping the boat planing.

Remaining 8 hours: Operate at any speed, but avoid full throttle for more than 5 minutes at a time.

After 10 hours: Normal operation is allowed.

5. How often should engine oil and gear oil be changed after the break-in?

First replacement at 20 hours (engine oil, oil filter, and gear oil).

After that, change every 100 hours or once per year, whichever comes first.
