Production process

incoming material inspection&storage
All incoming materials and components are carefully inspected to ensure they meet our quality standards before entering production. Qualified parts are then classified, labeled, and stored systematically for efficient inventory management and traceability.
Polish&spray
Engine components undergo surface polishing and pre-treatment to ensure proper coating adhesion. We apply multi-layer spraying with anti-corrosion primer and protective paint to enhance durability and resistance in marine environments.
Assembly
Each motor is assembled by trained technicians using precision tools and calibrated equipment. Strict process control ensures accurate installation, stable alignment, and consistent build quality.
testing&packaging
Finished motors undergo performance testing, including operational checks and quality verification. After passing inspection, the engines are securely packaged to ensure safe transportation and delivery.
Our Service
Warranty: 1 year or 500 hours, whichever comes first.
During the period, if a spare part fails due to our fault, we will provide a free replacement, but you need to cover the freight. If the damage is caused by misuse, accidents, or your own actions, we are not responsible for it and you need purchase by yourself.
