To ensure reliability and waterproof performance, each outboard motor undergoes a Water Immersion Simulation Test before leaving the factory. This process replicates real-world conditions where the lower unit of the motor operates underwater for extended periods.

What we test:

✅ Sealing Integrity: We check all sealing points - including gear cases, gaskets, and connection joints - to ensure there are no leaks when submerged.

✅ Water Resistance of Electrical Components: For electric start and hybrid models, critical parts like connectors, ignition systems, and control units are tested for waterproof reliability.

✅ Corrosion Resistance: The immersion test also helps evaluate how well materials resist corrosion under long-term exposure to water.

✅ Durability Under Pressure: By simulating actual water pressure at various depths, we ensure the motor remains stable and functional under stress.

Each outboard motor undergoes a Sealing Test to verify that all critical joints and enclosures are properly sealed. This includes areas around the gear housing, water pump, and electrical compartments.

The test ensures no water or dust can enter the internal systems, helping to protect the motor from damage during operation. This step is vital for maintaining long-term performance and reducing maintenance issues in humid or marine environments.

To ensure the product arrives in perfect condition, each outboard motor and its corresponding accessories are carefully packaged using custom-shaped foam inserts. These foam molds are designed to snugly fit the shape of the machine and its parts, providing strong cushioning and minimizing movement during transit.

The foam-protected unit is then placed into a durable cardboard carton, offering an extra layer of protection against impact, moisture, and vibration. This multi-layer packaging approach greatly reduces the risk of damage during shipping, ensuring that customers receive their products safely and ready for use.
