About Outboards
This is a lightweight mini outboard motor, weighing approximately 17.4 kg, designed for small boats. It features a single-cylinder engine, offering a compact and portable build for easy transport and installation. The single-cylinder design provides sufficient power while keeping the motor light, making it ideal for use on calm waters. This type of motor is generally fuel-efficient and operates with low noise, making it suitable for fishing, lake cruising, and other leisure activities.
Company Introduction
Based on the principle of excellence, we have successively launched 2-stroke outboards:3hp/5hp/9.8hp/15hp/20hp/30hp/40hp, 4-stroke outboards:6hp/20hp/60hp EFI and electric outboards: 40hp. In terms of technological innovation, we have also achieved notable results. As of July 24, 2023, we had obtained 25 patents, covering various fields such as outboard motor oil supply system devices, yaw test devices, and underwater gear nut fixing and tightening devices. In response to the issue of virtual horsepower marks in the market, we have always adhered to the principle of genuine horsepower, earning gradual praise from consumers.

Production Line
Calon Gloria outboard motor factory has a complete in-house production line, covering everything from assembly to final testing.
The line is well-organized with standardized workstations to ensure consistency and efficiency. Each process includes quality checks, and key components like the engine and electrical systems undergo functional testing to ensure reliability.
Engine Test
Each Calon Gloria outboard motor undergoes a series of rigorous tests before leaving the factory, including approximately one hour of timing inspection, engine temperature testing, low-speed and high-speed gear engagement tests, water output testing, oil emulsification check, and a thorough visual inspection.
In addition to in-house quality control, every sample unit must also complete at least 150 hours of outdoor on-water testing. For example, our 4-stroke 60hp prototype has undergone over 500 hours of real-world performance testing.

2 Stroke Outboard Quick Start Guide
- Install the outboard with the anti-cavitation plate 25mm below the boat bottom; ensure engine casing fits the boat.
- Use unleaded gasoline, #92 or higher.
- Recommended 2-stroke engine oil: TC-W3.
- Recommended gear oil: GL-4 80W90.
- Fuel mixture:
- First 10 hours: 25:1 (gasoline : 2-stroke oil)
- After 10 hours: 50:1 (gasoline :2-stroke oil)
- Change gear oil after 10 hours, then every 50 hours (check for water regularly).
