CG Production Department Team Building

Operating an outboard motor has certain risks, especially in open public waters. Even a minor fault may lead to catastrophic consequences. Therefore, in the production process of outboard motors, our employees are required to produce engines with a pragmatic attitude and in strict accordance with the process instructions. They should focus on details and strive for excellence.

On October 8, the CG Production Department organized staff to run machines assembled by themselves in the water, allowing them to realize the importance of their work.

There is a slogan on the wall of the factory: 'Work hard, enjoy life'. Work is part of life. After an amazing experience in the water, our team had a big barbecue dinner. Each team-building activity can not only enhance cohesion but also help employees better understand the corporate culture.
