2 Stroke Outboard Quick Start Guide
- Install the outboard: Position the anti-cavitation plate 25mm below the boat's bottom, ensuring the engine casing fits properly against the boat.
- Fuel: Use unleaded gasoline with an octane rating of #92 or higher.
- Engine Oil: Use TC-W3 2-stroke engine oil for optimal performance.
- Gear Oil: Use GL-4 80W90 gear oil.
- Fuel Mixture:
For the first 10 hours, mix 25:1 (gasoline to 2-stroke oil).
After the first 10 hours, mix 50:1 (gasoline to 2-stroke oil).
- Gear Oil Change: Change the gear oil after the first 10 hours of use, and then every 50 hours. Regularly check for water in the gear oil.
