ABOUT OUTBOARDS
Why Choose Twin Engine Outboards for Offshore Fishing Boats
Offshore fishing boats (23-26 feet) often give buyers the choice between single or twin outboard motors. While a single engine is more affordable, twin engines offer several advantages:
Key Benefits of Twin Engine Outboards:
- Redundancy: If one engine fails, the other can get you back safely. This provides peace of mind, especially in remote areas.
- Improved Performance: Twin engines often deliver more horsepower, resulting in better top speeds and faster acceleration compared to a single engine.
- Less Engine Stress: With two engines, each motor works less, reducing strain, improving longevity, and ensuring smooth cruising at higher speeds.
- Superior Maneuverability: Twin engines offer better control, making it easier to maneuver in tight spaces, dock, and perform sharp turns.
- Better Stability: The weight of two engines enhances the boat's balance, providing greater stability while fishing or cruising.
- Faster Hole Shots: Twin engines achieve quicker acceleration out of the hole, reducing drag and improving overall boat handling.
- Simpler Synchronization: Modern electronic controls make syncing twin engines easier than ever, allowing you to manage both engines with a single lever.
- Higher Resale Value: Twin-engine boats generally have better resale value due to higher power and demand in the used boat market.
Considerations
While twin engine setups come with higher upfront and maintenance costs, the benefits-reliability, performance, maneuverability, and resale value-make them a worthwhile investment for serious offshore anglers.

Company Introduction
Based on the principle of excellence, we have successively launched 2-stroke outboards:3hp/5hp/9.8hp/15hp/20hp/30hp/40hp, 4-stroke outboards:6hp/20hp/60hp EFI and electric outboards: 40hp. In terms of technological innovation, we have also achieved notable results. As of July 24, 2023, we had obtained 25 patents, covering various fields such as outboard motor oil supply system devices, yaw test devices, and underwater gear nut fixing and tightening devices. In response to the issue of virtual horsepower marks in the market, we have always adhered to the principle of genuine horsepower, earning gradual praise from consumers.

First-Time Outboard Use
- Check if the air valve on both the built-in and external fuel tanks is open.
- Ensure the external fuel line is securely connected to the motor.
- Set the fuel switch to the "on" position.
- Insert the emergency switch lanyard securely.
- After mixing fuel, shake the tank to blend properly (refuel away from fire sources).
- Ensure the gear is in neutral before starting the engine.
- Connect the fuel line, then pump the bulb 3-5 times with the arrow pointing towards the engine.
- Open the choke slightly, apply some throttle to start, then turn off the choke after starting and let the engine idle for 3-5 minutes to warm up.
- When not in use, lift the motor out of the water and lower it again when ready to use.
- For long-term storage, run the fuel out of the engine to prevent issues.
